What Is Happening To Our Chief Of Army Staff Here?

I wonder why the Chief of Army Staff, Azubuike Ihejirika, in so much hurry with his hand. I thought the usual courtesy demands that you should wait for the President, in this case Goodluck Jonathn, to offer you his hand before you stretch yours out for a handshake.

But that is obviously not the case with Major General Ihejirika.

The chief of army staff is suppose to be seen as the epitome of discipline, not one to be caught in this show of some sort of unnecessary hurry, especially before the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces.
